Fulfillment Policies
1. Delivery of Services
All services are delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon purchase:

Clients receive onboarding instructions and scheduling access.

A dedicated team member or strategist is assigned.

Deliverables follow the timeline outlined in the agreement.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the service-based and highly customized nature of our offerings:

Strategic Intensives and Tech Solutions are non-refundable once initiated or scheduled.

Coaching and Implementation are billed monthly and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

Refunds are only issued in the rare case of non-performance as defined by the contract.
Requests must be submitted in writing to info@chiefcollective.com.
3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of ongoing services requires 30 days’ written notice.

Strategic Intensives and Tech Solutions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
4. Rescheduling Policy
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Requests can be made directly with your assigned team member.

Legal & Export Restrictions
Chief Collective does not provide physical goods or export-regulated services. We do not operate in countries subject to U.S. trade restrictions or sanctions.

Promotions & Discounts
Any active promotions or referral incentives will be clearly disclosed. Terms will be provided in writing and must be accepted prior to participation.
